A charter concierge is the pre-charter and on-board coordination handled by the brokerage and the yacht's interior team — preference sheets, provisioning to the group's actual tastes, in-country clearance, tender logistics between anchorages, and the small daily decisions that shape the week on the water.
A shoreside concierge is a separate service based on land — securing restaurant tables in Saint-Tropez or Mykonos, arranging a villa for the night before embarkation, coordinating helicopter transfers, or booking club access ashore. Shoreside concierges rarely have visibility into what is happening on the yacht itself.
