1. The outline

You share dates, region, guests, and the kind of week you want. A specialist replies within one business day. No account creation, no listings dump.

2. The shortlist

Within two to five business days we return a curated shortlist — usually two to four yachts, confirmed available for your dates, with honest notes on crew, layout and any trade-offs.

3. Refinement

A single conversation is often enough. Sometimes we swap a yacht in or out, adjust the region, or shift dates by a week.

4. Contracts and finances

The base fee

Covers the yacht, professional crew, insurance and standard equipment. Paid to the central agent's escrow-style client account.

APA or MYBA-plus-expenses

An Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) — typically 25–35% of the base fee — funds fuel, food, beverages, marina fees, communications and taxes. Balance is reconciled at the end of the charter with receipts.

Deposits and taxes

Standard schedule is 50% on contract signing and 50% four weeks before embarkation. Applicable VAT depends on the yacht's flag, itinerary and clearance route.

5. Pre-charter brief and provisioning

Four to six weeks before embarkation we collect a preference form and pass it to the chef. Dietary needs, favoured wines, birthdays, dive certifications — anything the crew should know.

6. Embarkation and the week on board

Your specialist stays available during the charter week. Itinerary changes on the water are normal — weather, sea state and mood all shift.
